Coaching Contract

I understand that I have signed up for private 1:1 coaching/style support with Nikki Venus. This consists of style coaching and/or style support. I understand that Nikki Venus will be providing guidance throughout our time together as needed.

Courses or Services: Due to the nature of these courses and services, no refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the process.

Style Coaching Packages: No refunds or cancellations. If you choose to terminate your program, you may be considered for a credit within NikkiVenus.com for the amount paid to be used toward future packages or services.

By purchasing any PR Placement service, you acknowledge that while I will diligently search for relevant media opportunities and craft a tailored pitch on your behalf, placement is not guaranteed. Media editors have the final decision on whether to feature your expertise.

Sessions and Phone Calls: I respect your time and I hope you respect mine. If you need to change the time or date of a future style coaching call, please try and give 24 hours notice. Calls will also be on time.

If there is a no-show twice during our duration of working together, I have the right to consider terminating our coaching program with no refund.

Information products/ecourses: Because all courses and curriculum are accessible and downloadable immediately after purchase, I do not offer refunds or cancellations. All material, verbally and physically, that you receive during our time together must not be distributed, copied, or resold.

I do not guarantee anyone's results. Style Coaching client's must understand that they have to put in the work to reach their goals.

Any photographs/videos provided to Nikki Venus & Company can be used for any marketing purposes pertaining to Nikki Venus & Company.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. This includes: free offers, programs, mailing lists, and all social platform groups should you not comply with our terms and conditions.

Rights for Termination:

• Payment interruptions

• Plagiarism

• Harassment

• Disrespect to Nikki Venus

• Disrespect to Nikki Venus & Company team members

• Inappropriate conduct

• Any other reason at our discretion

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time.
