I'm Nikki Venus, a Business Style Coach, and a self-proclaimed superwoman chasing a dream fueled by a passion of inspiring women to be confident with their own styling business. Years ago, began my journey climbing the proverbial "corporate ladder" to a corner office with a nice view only to realize that was not about that life. Don't get me wrong; the money was good, but knew my career in the corporate world would never be as fulfilling as pursuing my true passion in fashion.

I walked away from Corporate America and started Nikki Venus & Company!
My goal was to consult women on ways to boost their existing wardrobe to create a new style-focused wardrobe. This gives women - regardless of age, size, or profession – the opportunity to effortlessly "Shop Your Closet" every day.
Often I was asked by personal stylists and style coaches: “How are you able to consistently obtain so many more virtual clients than in-person clients?”
It was a lot of trial and error and research, but with persistence, I have been able to combine strategies from my previous endeavor as a Business Risk Manager with my current, full-time career in fashion! I ultimately leverage my skills and teach dope personal stylists and style coaches like you how to incorporate my same easy-to-learn strategies to grow your own styling business.
